Whether you’re into Football or not, the Super Bowl is a week away and the party has already started around the City of Phoenix! With so much going on, I wanted to highlight some of the places to be. From fashion shows, parties, tailgates & more, there are so many options to share with you.
Pick a team to cheer for, start picking out those outfits now (I grabbed THE best tailgate tee from local vendor, Canyon State Co. at the Made with Love Market!) and check out some of the amazing events happening around the Valley to find the perfect one for you.
(Note: There is soooo much happening around town, that while this is an epic list, it's not exhaustive of all the things happening)
Players Tailgate Hosted by Bobby Flay
The Players Tailgate is the place to be! Presented by the Bullseye Event Group, this is an amazing tailgate held before the Super Bowl at the Tangier Outlets, just outside State Farm Stadium. Aaron May, a familiar face around town, is head of all Culinary for the Bullseye Event Group, and fans know that he delivers the fun (and the food)! DJ Irie is headlining and will be pumping music throughout the event and ESPN’s Sage Steele will be chatting with various NFL Legends and All-Stars.
With guest chefs like Todd and Belle English, Rocco DiSpirito, Antonia Lofaso, Tiffany Derry, Brooke Williamson, Michael Voltaggio, Eric Greenspan, Rocco Whelan, David Feimster, David Rose, Walter Sterling, Kate Williams, Burt Bachman, Leonard Botello, Michael Burgin, and Stan Hayes, you know the food will be as Super as the Game is! On top of all the fabulous food being served, Mixologist Rob Floyd will be mixing up special cocktails to match the electric atmosphere for all the Chief and Eagles fans!
And speaking of Stan Hays, Operation BBQ Relief, an incredible organization created after the 2011 Joplin tornado to help deliver food to residents and first responders impacted by natural disasters all over the US, is one of the charitable partners for this amazing event. Other Partners include the Irie Foundation, supporting South Florida's at risk youth by helping to deliver year round initiatives such as music and technology centers where kids can have access to opportunities like music lessons and radio and film broadcasting studios and the Food Recovery Network, a nonprofit that recovers perishable food that would potentially be thrown away, be packaged and given to people who are struggling from hunger.
This is one event that I am excited for, as I was able to attend the last one in Los Angeles and already know that this is a party NOT to be missed!
