With a lifetime spent navigating kitchens, catering, and wine certifications, I have traded the apron for a journey to track down exceptional, authentic culinary gems and sensory experiences around the world.
My culinary life has always run alongside everything else. It helped pay for school, kept the lights on as a single mom, and gave me a place to pour my energy when the rest of life felt heavy. Eventually, I stepped out of the kitchen and into corporate life for the steady paychecks and benefits my family needed, but the pull of food and wine never really let go.
That’s why I chased wine certifications and kept a small catering business on the side for as long as I could, to stay close to the heat of the line and the hum of a busy room. The catering is on pause for now, but the dream of my own space filled with wine, wonder, and good people is still very much alive. Until then, I’m a corporate girl with a digital magazine on the side, keeping a little bit of magic and curiosity in the world.
